The Archives

After Dark lives here.

These are the stories that survived long enough to become evidence.

The people and events contained within The Archives are based on real people and actual events as I experienced, understood, and remember them. Names, identifying details, timelines, dialogue, and certain circumstances may be changed, condensed, reconstructed, or otherwise altered for privacy, clarity, and narrative purposes.

This is not an objective record. It is a record of memory and perspective.

I can tell you what happened. I can tell you what I saw, what I was told, what I believed, what I later learned, and what it meant to me.

The Archives are where I examine the difference.
